I want to go to school, but I'm cooking or kosher. I know that the kitchen is a lot of taste of foods that have ... and tasting in the kitchen and ensure that you get a lot of samples in the school ... Kosher is on the way of me to go to culinary school?

It should not. The school must be willing and able to provide reasonable accommodation for their religious beliefs.
My recommendation would be to contact the school, tell them your situation and ask what adjustments can be made.
It is not possible, you can keep kosher and to the culinary schools without a massive change .... Menu, not to mention the ingredients.
I mean, really - all meat and cream sauces? Do not skip class pork? The nature of the Hummer? What about the food lines?
Does not eat kosher, kosher - I doubt that the school uses only kosher ingredients.
If you do not change the definition of the term, and think that while your home is not good ... Not yet.
However ... If you go a kosher cooking school (see second link) go well ...!!!

We are a kosher cooking school in Brooklyn, NY.
Our training program is sponsored by Kingsborough Community College. We have had two graduating classes. Days until the full and part-time, evening classes, start time back in January.
